The breakfast spread lacked variety, which can be disappointing, especially for families. Transportation to attractions felt slow. despite waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle, it didn't arrive. There’s also no on-site bar or shop, forcing you to trek to other parts of the resort for evening drinks. Additionally, the room setup was frustrating as it accommodated only one extra bed, leading to unnecessary additional charges for children's breakfasts, which isn't ideal when traveling with family.

Our stay in the Deluxe Garden Room was enjoyable, featuring stunning views and a spacious layout for our family. Although the breakfast policy for children was confusing, we appreciated nearby dining options and the shuttle service for exploring.

My family stayed here for a few nights recently and man, the service was great! The Duty Manager was considerate, especially with our three kids. We didn't even notice the major event happening at the same time, just a smooth experience.

It wasn’t exactly pocket change, but considering the quality, I’d say it was reasonable.

The spacious room was perfect for my children, but waiting for check-in was frustrating.

The spacious deluxe double room featured a huge balcony with a beautiful view and an amazing shower setup. The tranquil atmosphere and well-designed pool created a perfect retreat. The homemade yogurt at breakfast was a delightful highlight. However, the spread could be improved, and finding nearby eateries was challenging, making the location less convenient for dining options.
